We first met David when we viewed a property in Toronto in November 2015 which we have since purchased. We feel it was David's welcoming and friendly personality that made this purchasing experience an easy and enjoyable one compared to that of previous ones. At the time we purchased our Toronto property we then had to sell our existing home In the Eastlakes area. Thinking this would be "out of area" for David we listed with another local agent in that area in December 2015. After 5 months of being on the market, and with no positive outcome for whatever the reason, we offered for David to take over the sale.
